Haircut Appointments

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Color Appointments

These require more time and planning, so we kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Why It Matters

When you no-show or cancel at the last minute, your stylist loses not just time, but income. Our team’s livelihood depends on appointments being honored, and late cancellations often mean we can’t fill your spot.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Appointments canceled after the window may be subject to a 50% charge

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service.

We promise to always respect your time, and we appreciate you doing the same for ours.
